น่ารำคาญเมื่อพลาด Email สำคัญ, ข้อความ, หรือโปรโมชั่น เพราะ Chrome ไม่ส่ง Notification มาที่ Computer ความเสียหายอาจร้ายแรง
แก้ยังไง? รวบรวมวิธีแก้ไขทั้งหมดเพื่อคืน Notification ของ Chrome บน Windows/Mac
1. เช็ค Internet Connection
เช็คว่า Computer มี Internet ทำงานอยู่ Internet ช้าอาจ Delay Notification ของ Chrome

2. คงไว้ Tab เปิดอยู่
ไม่ได้ Notification จากเว็บเฉพาะ? เช็คว่า Tab เปิดอยู่และ Active Reload เว็บดู ช่วย Pin Tab (Right-click > Pin) กันปิดโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ
3. Unmute เว็บไซต์
Tab ถูก Mute = ไม่ได้เสียง Notification Right-click Tab > Unmute Site
4. เพิ่มเสียง/Unmute Computer
เช็ค Sound Output ของ Computer Volume ต่ำ/ Mute = พลาด Notification ทั้ง Chrome และ Apps อื่น
มีปุ่ม Mute/Unmute Dedicated? ตั้ง Unmute หรือกด Volume Up บน Keyboard
Unmute Sound Output Windows
ไม่มี Dedicated Keys หรือชำรุด: Settings > System > Sound เลื่อน Master volume ขวา

System Preferences > Sound > Output ยกเลิกถูก Mute มุมขวาล่าง
5. ปิด Focus Assist (Windows)
Focus Assist ลด Distraction โดยปิด System-wide Notifications เช็คว่า Focus Assist ปิด: Settings > System > Focus assist > Off
หรือเพิ่ม Chrome ใน Priority list ของ Focus Assist: Focus Assist Settings > Priority only > Customize your priority list > Apps > Add an app > Google Chrome
6. ปิด Do Not Disturb (Mac)
Do Not Disturb = Focus Assist ของ macOS เปิดอยู่ = Pause Notifications จาก Chrome (และ Apps อื่น)
ปิด: Control Center Icon (มุมขวาบน Menu Bar) > Toggle Off Do Not Disturb
7. เช็ค Notification Permissions ของเว็บไซต์
เข้าเว็บครั้งแรก Chrome Prompt ให้ Allow Notifications หากพลาดหรือ Deny แก้ได้:
Allow จาก Address Bar
Tab เว็บที่มีปัญหา > คลิก Lock Icon Address Bar > Notifications Dropdown > Allow
Unblock จาก Settings Menu
3 จุด > Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Notifications
เว็บใน Block Section = ถูกบล็อก 3 จุดข้างเว็บ > Allow
8. เช็ค Notification Permissions ของ Chrome เอง
Chrome In-app และ Website Permissions OK แล้ว ต้องเช็คว่า Chrome ถูก Allow ส่ง Notification ไป Computer
Windows
Settings > System > Notifications & actions Toggle Notifications On
Scroll Get notifications from these senders ต้อง Toggle Google Chrome On
Mac
System Preferences > Notifications มี 2 Entry สำหรับ Google Chrome คลิกแต่ละ Entry > Toggle Allow Notifications from Google Chrome On ทั้งคู่
9. เช็ค Native Notification Settings ของเว็บไซต์
บางเว็บมี Notification Settings แยกจาก Chrome/Computer (Gmail, YouTube) เข้า Settings ของเว็บ Enable Desktop Notifications
YouTube: Profile Picture > Settings > Notifications > General Section เลือก Notification ที่ต้องการ
Gmail: Gear Icon > See all settings > Desktop Notifications > On สำหรับ All New Mail หรือ Important Mail Only
ทำซ้ำกับเว็บอื่นที่ไม่ส่ง Notification ตำแหน่งอาจต่างกัน แต่หาได้ใน Settings
10. Restart และ Reset Chrome
ปิดเปิด Chrome ใหม่ อาจแก้ Glitch ที่บล็อก Notification ลองดู
ยังไม่ได้? Reset Chrome Settings: Note: Reset จะคืน Theme Default, Disable Extensions, ลบ Website Permissions/Cookies แต่ History, Bookmarks, Passwords ไม่หาย
Reset: 3 จุด > Settings > ล่างสุด > Restore settings to their original defaults
Click Reset settings Confirm
ไม่พลาด Notification อีก
ตรวจสอบ Incompatible Software ใน Chrome Extensions อันตราย/เสียหาย อาจรบกวน Notification ลอง Incognito Mode (Disable Extensions ชั่วคราว) ทดสอบว่า Notification ทำงานได้ไหม
