คลิกลิงก์ในอีเมล/เว็บ แล้วเจอ Error นี้ และเปิดโปรแกรม (IE, Word, Excel) แตไม่โหลดไฟล์
วิธีแก้ (ลองตามลำดับ)
1. ตรวจ Shortcut โปรแกรม
Properties → Compatibility → ยกเลิก Run program as administrator
2. Uninstall Office Viewer
ถ้ามี Office Viewer รุ่นเก่าร่วมกับ Office ใหม่ → Uninstall Viewer
3. Reset IE / Disable Add-ons
Reset IE ให้เป็นค่าเดิม และปิด Add-ons ทั้งหมด
4. ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว
AVG, Kaspersky, ZoneAlarm ฯลฯ อาจบล็อก DDE
5. ลบ Registry Key Word Data
Word 2002: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Word\Data Word 2003: ...\11.0\Word\Data Word 2007: ...\12.0\Word\Data Word 2010: ...\14.0\Word\Data
6. Excel: Uncheck "Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)"
Excel → Office Button → Excel Options → Advanced → ยกเลิกติ๊ก DDE
