แก้ Google Play Store ค้าง "Waiting for Wi-Fi" ทุกวิธีที่มีผล

Google Play Store = จิตวิญญาณของ Android ไม่มีมัน = ไม่โหลดแอปใหม่/อัปเดตได้ นอกจากแอป ยังมีหนังสือ/หนัง/เกม แม้สำคัญแต่อาจมีปัญหา บทความนี้เน้น: Play Store ค้าง "Waiting for Wi-Fi" หรือ "Waiting for download" ขึ้นข้อความ Error ทุกครั้งที่เปิด Play Store ค้างนั่นเลย ใช้งานไม่ได้ ลองวิธีแก้ต่อไปนี้

แก้ Google Play Store ค้าง Waiting for Wi-Fi

1. รีสตาร์ทโทรศัพท์

ง่าย แต่มักแก้ได้ ปิด-เปิดใหม่ ระบบ Android แก้บั๊กเอง กดค้าง Power -> Restart -> ตรวจสอบ

2. ตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต

อาจไม่มีเน็ตจริง ลองเปิด Browser/YouTube ดู ถ้าเว็บอื่นก็เข้าไม่ได้ -> ลองสลับ Mobile Data หรือ รีสตาร์ท Router / สลับ Airplane Mode

3. ล้าง Cache และ Data ของ Play Store

Android จัดการ Play Store เป็นแอปทั่วไป Cache/Data เสียหาย -> ผิดปกติ ล้างดู:

  1. Settings -> Apps
  2. เลือก Google Play Store
  3. กด Storage
  4. กด Clear data และ Clear cache
  5. ลองใช้ Play Store ใหม่

4. Uninstall Updates ของ Play Store

Play Store เป็น System app Uninstall ไม่ได้ แต่นำ Update ออกได้ (คืนค่าเวอร์ชันโรงงาน)

  1. Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store
  2. กด สามจุดมุมขวาบน -> Uninstall updates
  3. อาจต้อง Reboot
  4. ลองใช้ Play Store ใหม่

5. อัปเดต Play Store ผ่าน APK

Play Store อัปเดตไม่ได้เหมือนแอปทั่วไป ต้องติดตั้ง APK ล่าสุดจาก APKMirror

  1. อนุญาตติดตั้งจาก Unknown Sources: Settings -> Security -> More settings -> Install apps from external sources -> เลือก Browser -> เปิดอนุญาต
  2. ไปโฟลเดอร์ดาวน์โหลด -> กดไฟล์ APK ติดตั้ง Play Store
  3. Reboot -> ตรวจสอบ

6. อัปเดต Android OS

OS Update ค้าง -> เวอร์ชันเก่าบั๊ก อัปเดต OS ให้ล่าสุด (มี Patch/Bug fix)

  1. Settings -> System -> Software update -> Check for Software Updates
  2. มีอัปเดต -> Update -> Reboot -> ลอง Play Store ใหม่

7. ตรวจสอบ Date และ Time ให้ถูกต้อง

Date/Time ผิด (ไม่ตรง Time zone) -> อาจเชื่อมต่อเน็ตไม่ได้ -> Error Waiting for download ปกติ Android ตั้ง Auto จาก Network Provider ถ้าปิด Auto ต้องตั้งเองทุกครั้งที่เปลี่ยน Time zone แก้ง่าย: เปิด Auto Date & Time

  1. Settings -> System -> Date and Time
  2. เปิด Toggle Automatic date and time

8. ตรวจสอบ App Download Preference

Play Store ตั้ง Preferred network สำหรับดาวน์โหลด ตั้งเป็น Over any network (ไม่ว่าจะ Wi-Fi หรือ Mobile Data) กันหยุดดาวน์โหลด

  1. เปิด Play Store -> สามเส้นมุมซ้ายบน -> Settings
  2. กด App download preference
  3. เลือก Over any network
  4. ปิด Play Store -> ลองใหม่

9. ให้สิทธิ์ Storage กับ Play Store

Play Store ต้องการสิทธิ์ Storage เพื่อดาวน์โหลด/บันทึกแอป ไม่ให้สิทธิ์ -> Waiting for download error

  1. Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Permissions
  2. กดเมนูสามจุดมุมขวาบน -> Select all permissions
  3. เลือก Storage -> ให้ Allow modify/delete SD card

10. Factory Reset (ทางเลือกสุดท้าย)

ลองหมดไม่ได้ -> Factory Reset คืนค่าโรงงาน ลบ一切 (แอป/ข้อมูล/รูป/วิดีโอ/เพลง) Backup ก่อน (มี Tool ในตัว/Manual ก็ได้)

  1. Settings -> System -> Backup your data (Google Drive)
  2. Reset tab -> Reset Phone
  3. รอ Reboot -> ลอง Play Store ใหม่
  4. ยังไม่ได้ -> นำไป Service Center
