วิธีแก้ Uplay Google Authenticator ไม่ทำงาน
วิธีที่ 1: ป้อนรหัสโดยไม่มีเว้นวรรค
คัดลอกรหัสมา วาง แล้วลบช่องว่างระหว่างตัวเลข (123456) ก่อนกด Enter
วิธีที่ 2: ซิงค์ Time Correction for Codes
เปิด Google Authenticator > 3 จุด (มุมขวาบน) > Settings > Time correction for codes > Sync now > รอเสร็จ
วิธีที่ 3: ตั้งค่าวันที่/เวลาให้ถูกต้อง
Android: Settings > Additional Settings > Date & Time > เปิด Automatic date & time + Automatic time zone > Restart
iOS: Settings > General > Date & Time > Automatic > Privacy > Location Services > Always for Google Authenticator > Restart
วิธีที่ 4: เปิด Ticket ติดต่อ Ubisoft Support
หากวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ ไปที่ Ubisoft Support สร้าง Ticket จะตอบภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง
