หลังอัปเกรด Windows 10 บางผู้ใช้เจอปัญหา Windows Store Microsoft Windows Store เชื่อมต่อไม่ได้ แสดง Error Code 0x80072EE7 พร้อมข้อความ "the server has stumbled" แถบค้นหาใน Store บอกว่าไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต แต่แอปอื่นเช่นเว็บเบราว์เซอร์เชื่อมต่อได้ปกติ
สังเกตว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ Windows Update หรือ Microsoft Update บางครั้งอาจเป็นปัญหา DNS หรือ Static DNS Entries ในไฟล์ HOSTS บางคนแก้ได้ด้วย Repair Install Windows 10 หรือ Windows Updates บางคนแก้ได้ด้วยการ Register Windows Store Package และบางคนแก้ได้ด้วยการลบ Static IP Entries สำหรับ Windows Updates และ Microsoft Updates จาก HOSTS File ในบทความนี้จะดูวิธีเหล่านี้ละเอียด หวังว่าจะมีวิธีหนึ่งที่ทำงานได้
ซ่อมแซมไฟล์ระบบที่เสียหาย
ดาวน์โหลดและรัน Restoro สแกนไฟล์เสียหาย ที่นี่ หากพบไฟล์เสียหายหรือหายไป ให้ซ่อมแซมด้วย Restoro พร้อมกับวิธีด้านล่าง วิธีนี้เป็นทางเลือกแต่แนะนำให้ทำ Restoro จะซ่อมแซมไฟล์อัตโนมัติ
วิธีที่ 1: รัน Tweaking's "Windows Repair Tool"
คลิก ที่นี่ ดาวน์โหลด Windows Repair All In One Setup คลิกไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลด รัน Setup
- ที่ User Account Control Prompt เลือก YES
- คลิก Next (4 ครั้งติดต่อกัน) เริ่ม Setup หลังติดตั้งเสร็จ คลิก Next และ Finish เลือก Repair จากเมนูบน
- เลือก Open Repair -> Unselect All เลือกตัวเลือก 17 Repair Windows Updates เริ่มซ่อมแซมโดยคลิก Start Repairs รอจนเสร็จ (ควรจะแก้ปัญหาที่คุณเจอ)
วิธีที่ 2: Repair Install Windows 10 ด้วย In-Place Upgrade
บางผู้ใช้รายงานว่า Repair Install Windows 10 ด้วย In-Place Upgrade แก้ปัญหา Windows Store ได้ ด้วย In-Place Upgrade สามารถ Repair Install Windows 10 จากภายใน Windows 10 เอง ต้องมีพื้นที่ว่างขั้นต่ำ 8.87GB และ Installation Media เวอร์ชันเดียวกันหรือสูงกว่า ต้องล็อกอินเป็น Administrator ทำตามขั้นตอน:
- หากใช้ ISO Image เป็น Installation Media ต้อง Mount ISO ก่อน Explore หา setup.exe
- หากมี CD ให้ Browse รัน setup.exe เริ่ม Windows 10 Setup
- หากมี UAC Prompt คลิก Yes
- Windows Setup จะเริ่มเตรียม
- หน้าจอถัดไป เลือก "Download and install Updates" คลิก Next
- Windows 10 Setup เริ่มเตรียม
- คลิก Accept บน License Terms
- Windows Setup จะตรวจสอบและติดตั้ง Updates ที่มี
- เสร็จแล้ว คลิก Install
- เลือก "Keep personal files and apps" คลิก Next
- Setup เริ่ม Repair Install Windows
- เสร็จแล้ว คลิก Next
- ใช้ Express Settings เสร็จสิ้นการติดตั้ง และ Sign in เข้า Windows 10
- ตรวจสอบว่า Windows 10 Repair นี้แก้ปัญหา Windows Store ได้หรือไม่
วิธีที่ 3: Register WindowsStore Package
ผู้ใช้รายงานว่า Register WindowsStore Package แก้ปัญหา Windows Store ได้
- เปิด Command Prompt แบบ Administrator
- รันคำสั่ง PowerShell ด้านล่าง:
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
- เสร็จแล้ว ปิด Command Prompt และ Restart ระบบ
เปิด Windows Store ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาแก้แล้วหรือไม่
วิธีที่ 4: ลบ Static IP Entries จากไฟล์ Hosts
โปรแกรมอย่าง DNS Accelerators, Web Accelerators, DNS Caching Utilities อาจเพิ่ม Static IP Entries ใน Hosts File สำหรับ Windows Update หรือ Microsoft Update ทำให้ Windows Update ล้มเหลว เพื่อแก้ไข:

หรือทำด้วยตนเองขั้นตอนด้านล่าง:
- ไปที่ C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
- เปิด HOSTS file ด้วย Notepad
- หาก HOSTS File มี Static IP Address ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Windows Update หรือ Microsoft Update ให้ Comment บรรทัดเหล่านั้นด้วย # นำหน้า หรือลบทิ้ง แล้วบันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง
วิธีที่ 5: เปลี่ยนการตั้งค่า DNS
Network Adapters ส่วนใหญ่ตั้งค่าเป็นรับ DNS Configurations อัตโนมัติ แตบางครั้งอาจรับไม่ถูกต้อง ทำให้เกิดข้อผิดพลาด ขั้นตอนนี้จะตั้งค่า DNS ด้วยตนเอง:
- กด Windows + R พร้อมกัน กด Enter
- พิมพ์ ncpa.cpl กด Enter
- ดับเบิลคลิก ที่ Connection ที่ใช้อยู่
- คลิก Properties แล้วดับเบิลคลิก Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
- ติ๊ก Use the Following DNS Server Addresses
- พิมพ์ 8.8.8.8 ใน Preferred DNS Server และ 8.8.4.4 ใน Alternate DNS Server
- คลิก OK ปิดหน้าต่าง
- ตรวจสอบ ว่าปัญหายังคงอยู่หรือไม่
