อีเมลไม่บันทึกใน Sent Items ใน Outlook
สาเหตุหลัก: ตัวเลือก Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder ถูกปิด
- รัน Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA)
- เปิดใช้ Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder
- ซ่อมแซม (Repair) หรือ Reset Outlook
- ถอนติดตั้งและติดตั้ง Office ใหม่
1. รัน Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant
เครื่องมืออัตโนมัติช่วยแก้ปัญหา Outlook: ไม่เปิด, ตั้งค่าไม่ได้, ขอรหัสผ่านบ่อย, Disconnected, Shared mailbox/Calendar ไม่ทำงาน, Crash, ส่ง/รับไม่ได้, ไม่ Sync
2. เปิดใช้ Save copies in Sent Items
- เปิด Outlook > File > Options
- Mail ด้านซ้าย > เลื่อนลง Save messages
- ติ๊ก Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder
- OK
3. Repair/Reset Outlook
Control Panel: Programs and Features > คลิกขวา Office > Change > Repair > Continue > รีสตาร์ท
Settings: Apps & Features > หา Office > Modify > Quick Repair หรือ Online Repair > Repair
หรือ Reset Outlook
4. ถอนติดตั้งและติดตั้ง Office ใหม่
หายังไม่ได้ ลอง Uninstall Office > ติดตั้งใหม่ หรือ System Restore ไปจุดก่อนปัญหา
ทำไม Sent Items ไม่แสดงอีเมลที่ส่ง?
